John Jett, TSG and USSS
TSSC Board member and former TSSC Snowboard Director, John has been involved in competitive snow sports since 1994. Working twenty years with the ski area race department he has taken this experience to his family business, CJ Sports Timing, an internationally known sports timing provider working events from summer 5K runs to Olympic Winter Games. When not working as timer, John also gets around using his FIS TD license in Alpine, Snowboard and Freestyle to work World Cup races in Canada and Russia. John also serves on the US Ski and Snowboard governance as Chair of the Alpine Timing Working Group, Vice Chair of Rules working group and sits in the RMD chair on the FIS TD working group. A RMSRO board of Trustee, he keeps busy with officials education at all levels. John and his wife Cath have lived in Mountain Village for over 20 years and when not working races, enjoy riding motorcycles on the western slope.
