Jeff Yingling, Interim Executive Director
Jeff has a life time of experience in mogul skiing and more than 20 years of experience as a Freestyle Program Director. Jeff has been the Freestyle, Freeski and MTB Program Director at the Telluride Ski and Snowboard Club for 10 years. Before that, he was the Freestyle Ski Director at Gould Academy, in Bethel Maine. He is a former member of the United States Freestyle Development Team, two-time Jr World Championships Coach and has coached multiple athletes who have gone on to the U.S. Ski Team, World Cup and Olympic Games.
In addition, Jeff is a U.S. Ski & Snowboard level 300 Aerial coach and also holds certification with American Sports Education Program (ASEP)..
Maggie McNally, Programs Director
Maggie was born and raised in St. Helena, California. She grew up skiing the Tahoe area and any “mom and pop” areas on the western slope of the Sierras.
Maggie is very passionate about the development of kids as whole athletes. She wants them to have a strong fundamental base but also feel the confidence and strength that comes from meeting goals and accomplishments. Skiing offers a great opportunity to be in the flow. Working as a team but learning as an individual is an important skill that Maggie always hopes to impart to our youngest athletes.
Maggie’s personal passions off the snow are her horses, her family (including her faithful Australian shepherd), and catching the last light at the end of a full day. She is a devoted equestrian and spends most of her days in the saddle April through November.
Maggie is USSA Level 100 mogul certified, USSA level 100 aerial, and is constantly learning and taking opportunities to improve herself both as an individual and as a coach.
