02 Jan Age Class Steamboat Race Details-Please Read

Hello Everybody We are going racing!

Attached is the Fact Sheet. We do not yet know what time the race is, but I’m guessing the first run will be at 9:00. I will give everybody the schedule at the athlete and parent meetings. So, here is what you need to do. There is not an interior place to meet. You must have your ticket purchased by 7:30 at the main ticket office. Athletes must be prepared with boots and skis to meet in front of the Sheraton below the Christie Peak Express Chair at 7:45 to get bibs and organize into groups. Will we orient the athletes and send them up for inspection. Shortly after, let’s say 8:05, there will be a parent meeting at the same place.

Parking: I am told the most convenient is the Meadows parking lot and then take the shuttle. There is also a paid parking and another lot called the Knoll Lot which fills up fast. Check the map on the Fact Sheet.

Bags: There are lockers downstairs from the outdoor ticket windows.
