20 Aug [Alpine Race News] Alpine Dryland, Fall Camps, other Info

Hello Everybody,

The school year is about to begin, and we know what that means…the ski season is right around the corner. Here is some information that you will need to begin preparations for the alpine season.

Important Dates:

Race Night – September 18, 3:30-6:30 pm at Telluride Sports. The ski and boot company reps, Briko and Fuxi will be in attendence. This is a great opportunity to get the right gear directly from the manufacturers.

Dryland – Dryland for U16-19’s is starting this week. If interested, please contact Rachel (603-828-1345) directly. Dryland for U-14’s will begin Septmeber 24. It will continue Tuesdays and Thursdays through Christmas (3:00-5:30). We can change the times to accomodate more athletes if necessary. Sundays will be added in October. Dryland for U-12’s will begin in October.

Fall Camps – We have two camps planned for Summit County in November. The dates for these camps are November 8-11 and 23-26. If you would like to book accomodations now, you can do so anywhere between Copper Mt and Keystone.

Other Info – Registration is now open. Please register as soon as possible so we can begin to sort out trainng groups. We will have a several parents’ meetings sometime around Thanksgiving.
