06 Feb Aspen/Purgatory Updates

Good morning parents and athletes,

This weekend the team is traveling to Aspen Snowmass for the second slopestyle with Coach Jason Castle. The registration for this event can be found here. If you are attending this event, please make sure your skis are waxed and ready to go as the conditions may be slow. There seems to have been a loss of interest in the Purgatory series, however if there is adequate interest we will still offer coaching at the slopestyle 3 event this weekend. The registration link can be found here. Please RSVP TODAY before registering, so we can get a sense of where the interest is and confirm where we are allocating our coaching resources. Regardless, best of luck to all our skiers and thank you all for your support.

In regards to the Telluride slopestyle, because of the event overlap it has been moved to a tenative time at the end of March. This will also provide our athletes with softer landings and more time to develop their tricks before performing on their home turf. We are working closely with Telluride Terrain Parks to develop the details and will forward those as soon as possible.
