Mid Week Dryland training, Tuesday the 27th 2:45

Take two….

 

Lets try for some after school Dryland training at the Team HQ on Tuesday the 27th at 2:45 pm.  Colby will lead the group through some warmups, some active workouts, and stretching.  Fear not, no weights involved, just good old fashion exercises you can do at home.
